If scheduled day of for a sickness or injury please fill out the form as soon as possible. Please do not fill out the form if you do not have an appointment scheduled – please call 704-487-7595 to schedule the appointment first.

Appointment Policy Notice

In order to ensure adequate time for all patients and clients at their scheduled appointment time, we have implemented a cancellation policy for late arrivals (more than 10 minutes), missed appointments (no-shows) and cancellations without a 36-hour notice. Please notify us immediately if your appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

All appointments that are missed, late, or cancelled without giving a 36-hour notice may be subject to a $50 late fee.  For all new clients or for current clients with more than 2 late arrivals, missed appointments, and/or cancellations without a 36-hour notice,  you may be required to prepay the examination fee for any future appointments, or we may no longer be able to schedule an appointment to see your pet.
