Appointment Policy Notice
In order to ensure adequate time for all patients and clients at their scheduled appointment time, we have implemented a cancellation policy for late arrivals (more than 10 minutes), missed appointments (no-shows) and cancellations without a 36-hour notice. Please notify us immediately if your appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
All appointments that are missed, late, or cancelled without giving a 36-hour notice are subject to a $50 late fee. For all new clients or for current clients with late arrivals, missed appointments, and/or cancellations without a 36-hour notice are required to prepay a $50 fee for any future appointments, or we may no longer be able to schedule an appointment to see your pet.
